We had such a beautiful time when we were at the Home of the Open Heart in Chiang Rai, Thailand this year. We have been blessed to serve at many homes for children around the world and this special place was by far the loveliest. Penny and Paul Wilcox and the rest of the Baan Nam Jai staff have done a marvelous job loving on these children and bringing them up in the training and admonition of the Lord.
Our family has a Friday Family Pizza and Movie night tradition. We make homemade pizza and spend the evening together. We did not let a lack of supplies in a foreign country stop us while we were there. Chelsey and I spent a couple of hours searching the stores for just what we needed to make homemade pizzas and got all of the children involved. We had a terrific time rolling out our own pizzas with the children, and they did too. Here are some of my favorite photos from that memorable night. We can hardly wait to go again in 2015.
